This website describes Viveworks, its products, and its consulting services. It's provided for general information and is not an offer capable of acceptance, a quote, or a guarantee of availability, pricing, features, or timelines for any product or service described here.

No relationship formed by browsing or contacting us

Visiting this site or sending us a message does not create a client, advisory, consulting, or confidential relationship, and does not obligate Viveworks to provide any product or service. A relationship of that kind exists only once the appropriate written agreement — for example a statement of work, services agreement, or order — has been signed by both parties.

Consulting engagements

Consulting, architecture, and delivery services described on this site are contracted through Viveworks Inc. Specific engagement terms (scope, fees, confidentiality, deliverables, and similar matters) are set out in the separate written agreement for that engagement, not by this page.

Products

Appbase and Thrivables are Viveworks products described here for general information. Their features, availability, and status may change as they're developed; nothing on this site should be read as a commitment about future functionality or release timing.

The text, design, and other content of this website are the property of Viveworks Inc. or its licensors. You may view and share pages of this site for ordinary personal or business reference; you may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from it for other purposes without our permission.

This section does not limit liability that can't be limited by law, and does not apply to a separately signed engagement agreement, which is governed by its own terms.
